2 TYPES OF SOUND MASKING: DIRECT-FIELD & INDIRECT-FIELD

The primary difference between direct and indirect-field technology as the name implies is the speaker placement. We can provide either technology, and both are effective. However, the newer direct-field technology adds the sound directly into the treated area using very small specifically engineered speakers. This offers increased levels of privacy while eliminating possibly human error with regard to correcting for the inherent challenges created when the speakers are placed above the ceiling tiles.
